I recently bought a theme from BlThemes for my new project. It's basically a theme for Bludit.
Bludit is an open-source headless CMS project; it's like WordPress but lighter, and since it is a headless CMS, it doesn't have a database. All of your data is saved in a text file.
Going back to my story, before I considered buying the theme, I reached out to the email on their website to check if they are still active (in case I run into a problem, I knew that they are there to help.)
After successfully buying the theme, I just let them know that I purchased one, and they respond immediately, telling me, "If you run into any problem, just let us know."
I respond back, saying, "Yes, sure, but I think I'm set for now. I uploaded all of the code in AI, and if I need to fix something, I ask the trained AI first before checking on you guys. Anyhow, thank you so much!"
Ending thought: As both a service provider and a customer, I find it refreshing when my customers don’t overwhelm me with questions. Instead, they proactively address issues independently and seek support only when absolutely necessary. It may seem like a small thing, but it creates a smooth experience.
